Shouldn't I be writing about romantic things and being in love?
Probably.
But I'm not.
I'm writing about love, yes, but not like that.
I'm writing for the love of good food.
I believe whole-heartedly that there is nothing more beautiful than a side of beef,
Or a chocolate cake with extra gobs of chocolate frosting.
I'm writing this because on one of the worst days I've ever had,
Pork chops pulled me out of the desolate mood.
So today, toss aside your roses and tear open your chocolates,
And eat your heart out!
Love might not always last,
But good food is forever!
